20" staggered fitment with Eibach Pro Kit

All,

Thanks in advance for help/opinions.

Looking to enhance my 08 G37s without going crazy due to the fact that this is a daily driver in and around Chicago where roads are pretty awful. Looking for a setup for the warmer months and this is what i have come up with. I want to make sure that I DO NOT run into the following issues:
-Camber/tires falling apart
-Rubbing

What I am considering:
Front
-KMC® - DISTRICT Silver with Machined Face (20" x 8.5", +28 Offset, 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern, 72.6mm Hub)
-ECSTA SPT Summer / Performance Tires (1824613) by Kumho® . 245/35R20

Rear
KMC® - DISTRICT Silver with Machined Face (20" x 10.5", +35 Offset, 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern, 72.6mm Hub)
-ECSTA SPT Summer / Performance Tires (1899213) by Kumho® . 285/30R20

Eibach Pro Kit Springs

Thanks again and any help/suggestions etc. greatly appreciated

If you've got a coupe that will work well.

So this setup would not require a camber kit correct? No Rubbing issues

Can't say specifics on camber, I recommend the kits for the long term since they'll pretty much pay for themselves over time in tread wear. So no, they're not required but recommended.
As far as rubbing, there's a rear fender bracket that often needs to be trimmed when running wide in back, but it's an easy fix.
Unfortunately that's pretty much the price you pay when going low & wide.

I am lowered on Eibach ProKit and have a 20x10.5 +35 wheels in the rear with 255/35/R20 tires. With that being said, the tire is VERY close to touching the fender liner and bumper bracket. I do not rub at all, but I would foresee a 285/30 tire rubbing and require trimming both. I am also in the Chicago area.

Also, I have a front and rear camber kit. There is no way to get in spec camber without them for both the front and the rear with the Eibach springs. There is zero adjustability in the front so those tires will definitely live a short life. The rear has some adjustability so they will probably try and get the toe as close as possible while leaving the camber pretty far out of spec. I wouldn't expect the front or rear tires to last their rated life without the camber kits, probably more like 1/4 - 1/2 their rated life.

Tires in these sizes aren't cheap so you have to ask yourself if 1/2-3/4 of a single set of tires pays for the kits, why not.
