Guys, I recently noticed the car makes ticking noise in the rear (left side) when you shift gears in drive/reverse mode, you can also hear it pretty loud when driving and especially when stepping on brake.
Brought it to the dealership and was told that's normal issue for that particulate model (2010 - g37s coupe) due to the brake pad is losing to prevent its binding with the caliper.
I think this is BS as I haven't seen anything like that happened to other g37s.

Does anyone here experience the same issue as mine and any advise for this?

Yes, I guess that's the only way to get rid of that noise. Unfortunately my car is just went out of warranty

 

Contacted dealership and the refused the incident. They claimed the noise isnt coming from the rear axels but from the brake pads which doesn't make sense to me. Any thought guys?

 

If it sounds like my issue ur dealers wrong cause i got mine done yersturday, sounds gone
