AWD Set-up

Been reading alot about being under the 1% variance for diameter difference for a awd coupe xs, just a quick question, just wondering if the width of the wheel means anything Ie. as long as i have a 285/30/20 tire on rear doesnt matter if the wheel is 10" or 10.5" is this correct? and offset doesn't matter ethir

Ok so a 20x 10 fitment would work with 285/30/20 and 20x fronts 245/35/20
