Re-Use TPMS

Not sure if this has been asked before, but what is involved in re-using the TPMS from the stock rim and installing it on a new aftermarket one?

Thanks!

Get a 11mm socket (I think) and put it on the sleeve of the stem and loosen it. Check to see if there's a metal washer between the sleeve and the wheel when you're taking it off. You need that 100%. Then re-install it on your aftermarket wheels. Make sure you do not over tighten it.
