Well i'm a hard person on car's and the stock brakes don't normally hold up. I'm looking to upgrade my 2009 sport brakes with the akebono calipers. The rotors have warped since last winter so i haven;t done any track days this year. I'm shopping for a great set of pads that'll hold up at the track but since be ok for normal driving. Rotors that can take high speed braking at the track and not warp. thought's anyone?

How do you have sport brakes that aren't Akebonos?
There a lot of discussions for rotors and pads. The short answer, to save you time, is that track pads are not street pads. If you're that hard on cars, you should have a dedicated set of track pads and one for street use. Stoptech street performance are good street pads, and I recommend carbotech for track pads.
Get a set of two piece rotors if you're serious about auto crossing and road racing. Z1 makes a decent set, as does Disc Brakes Australia. Pair that with stainless lines and motul 5.1 fluid. That's what I use.

Most often you don't warp a rotor, you brake pad deposit material on it at different heights. Get them resurfaced, don't set the ebrake when you come to a stop after a run, and try to cool them down before you stop. Try brake duct cooling lines and get a good pad like carbotech and call it a day.
