I had questions about relationships between weight, load ratings and PSI's and they went into so much detail explaining them specific to my car and the sizes i was using, including sending me information on load tables and such. I tried asking Michelin support about the same thing and all i got was a sorry they couldn't help at that time. Go figure.

That's good to know. I'm gonna get another set in about a month. I hate waiting for these things...I've been ripped off on rebates before (it was an HP printer). You forget about them, then when you realize that you haven't gotten anything yet and you call them up to ask, they play dumb saying they never received anything. Then you don't have any proof that you've sent anything because they always want the original! So it's a lose-lose with some rebates. I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt though.

Either way, I need new tires and this just happened to be going on at the same time!
