Resetting bushings?

So I've been calling around my area getting quotes to install Eibach Springs and a rear camber kit in a 2012 G37 coupe.
The prices have ranged from $200-$400 basically, of course originally I was going to go with the $200, however the last person I spoke with was pretty good at convincing me to use his shop even though it's $400.
He said that his shop is probably the only shop around that removes and resets all the bushings?
Anyone know anything about that?
How necessary it may be to do what it is he's saying?

Thanks

Reset the bushings? What does plan to do to those rubber bushings?...use his special sauce for lube?

Find another shop.
