Anyone have a 20x9 +32 wheel on their G? (front or rear). Or similar to that? I would just like to see in a photo how this might look on my 11 coupe front.

I'm about ready to upgrade from my stock journey setup but I still feel a little uncomfortable because I can't see them in person here before moving ahead on this.

What offset?

I'm concerned that the 20x9 +32 that is being recommended to me will be too aggressive (too close to fender).

 

im running 9.5 + 22 in the front and im flush... thats is a bit conservative...

 

Thanks, do you have a photo looking down the side (or close) so I could see how that looks? I'm still getting used to what everyone considers "flush", and what would work for me. ALSO is yours a coupe or sedan?

 

Are you going to run the 20x9 +32 on ur coupe fronts?
What tyre size will you run? How much will you be lowered?
Answers to those 2 questions will decide if your fitment will be agressive or not.

You can run a 20x9 +20 with 255/35r20 tyres on a eibach drop for example.

 

Yes 20x9 +32 on the coupe front.

I have Tanabe NF210 springs, so its about a 3/4" drop.

I am planning on 245/35 or 255/35 r20.

I am also toying with the idea of putting the same wheel/tire on the rear so I can rotate them... possibly with a small spacer if it is needed to bring them out to match the fronts better. I just wish I could see wheels on a G coupe here. Nobody has decent cars or wheels here.

I have 20x9.5 +32. It's fine. It's flush, neither conservative nor aggressive. I had Tanabe NF210 springs. Now I have Tanabe coilovers. I can't find photos right now because I'm at work but it fits just fine. Just about perfect if you're not into the whole dump/stretch/poke crap. Use the tire and wheel calculator at the top of this page and get an idea of how it will fit.

 

No matter what, a 9.0" wheels with a +32 offset will give you PLENTY of clearance, even with non-stretched tires. Right now I'm running a +30 offset on a 9.5" front, and there's absolutely NO WAY I could rub, and I'm slammed on KW V3s with 245/35/20 T1Rs.

you'll see that at +32 offset with a 9.0" wheel, you're actually 8.3mm MORE sunk then 9.5" wheel at +30 offset.

Even at +35 with a 9.5 inch wheel, your +32 offset and 9.0 wheel will STILL be sunk 3.35mm.

You will be 3.35mm MORE sunk then this....


You will be 8.35mm MORE sunk then THIS

Tanabe coils and SPC F&R Camber kits!

Offsets are +32/45 with 255/30 & 305/25

 

I have these wheels now and am running Stance Coils dropped to 25 1/8" up front with no rubbing issues at all. Hope this helps.
