Red calipers wanted for G37XS

Hi,

I have 2012 G37XS, even though it's sports edition, the brake capliers are just ugly and nowhere nearly sporty. They clips and springs from what I can tell are exposed and can be sabotaged. I can't get them painted(even if I can manage to paint they, they won't look as good) and I don't want brake covers. What are my choices for better looking calipers without changing the rotors? I would like my budget to stay within 1 grand. I can't afford akebono and bbk kits at this moment.

Thanks!

Sell your OEM, about $300 is the going rate.

Get the Akebono's, going rate b/new is about $1500, which would put you about $200 above your budget.

Or get them used.

Also... sabotaged?

Thanks. Where do you I suggest to sell the OEM parts? Currently I am not allow to post any in the marketplace. BTW, I also have OEM cat back exhaust and sway bars, anybody would want them?

Does the Akebonos come with rotors?

I feel that people can just pull the pins or clips that are exposed from the calipers and caused them to malfunction? It's not really a concern as I don't have too many enemies but it's possible right?

Yes there is a vendor on here that sells the full kit. And that's including slotted/drilled rotors.

Can I just get the caliper sets without the rotors? It's going to fit/work on '12 G37XS?

Your OEM rotors will not work with the AKEBONO calipers. You must get everything for the sport brakes for this to work.

Calipers
Hardware
Rotors
Pads
