New Rims and coilovers

With that budget do one or the other. $2,500 just isn't much to work with if you want to do things right. Tires and rims can eat that up fast and then some, good coil overs will as well.

Here's my suggestion. With a budget of only about $2500 buy wheels OR coilovers but not both. I'd vote for coilovers first. Then when you have more money come back later and buy a nice set of wheels. If you spend only $2500 for both wheels and coilovers you will make very serious compromises in quality of the parts you can buy for that amount. Mods for this car just aren't that cheap. At least not any worth having on your car. It's better to wait until you can afford quality parts than spending all your money at once on crap parts.

The only other advice with $2500 - You might be able find a used set of each but that's still pushing it.
