How difficult would it be to enlarge the bolt circle diameter? If anyone has done so, how much does it generally run? I am thinking about buying some wheels that are 112 but would have to tap/bore them to 114.3 if I'm correct?

 

Just forget that you ever had this idea. While it is physically possible, it would cost you more than the wheels, and it will never be close to as good as wheels that were built with the right circle.

 

consider wheel adapters. wheel adapters looks just like wheel spacers however instead of having matching bolt pattern. They have different bolt patterns. For your application you would need to buy 112 to 114.3 wheel adapter. It is safe as wheel spacers. However they might not work depending on the offset on the wheel you are about to buy. Because same as DRM system sizes are widely available in 10mm+. Good Luck.
