So I got the rear spacers installed with no issues and they look great. when I get to fronts I ran into an issue. Between two of the bolts there is something there. It's hard for me to explain so I will just upload the pic.
What is that and how can I work around it to install my spacer?
I didn't know if I could remove it or not. what is it for?
If the rotor is stuck/rusted to the hub.
You can remove the bolt and spacer, then reinstall the bolt, without the spacer screw it in to pop the rotor loose.
like Weiboy said, Its a 12mm bolt installed on the fronts. Its there to ensure some numnut doesn't rotate your wheels; being that the wheels are staggered.
