Strut Bar / Sway Bar

Any noticeable cornering advantages when installing aftermarket parts? Does the strut bar make the car feel more rigid? Just curious before i drop 200

Then you're better off with other mods as you won't feel the difference unless you're car is taken to the limit in terms of cornering

A strut bar does look nice under the hood though

Sways made a very noticeable difference. The strut bar made a slightly noticeable difference and does look nice under the hood.

Sway bars and strut bars are perfect for street use. It makes the car so much more enjoyable to drive. Also it looks like you make a post every hour

I dont understand why OEM sway bars are inferior to aftermarket ones. Why wouldn't nissan design our cars with better sway bars.

It's not inferior. It's not stiff enough for some people.
Because the OEM sway bars are desinged to create optimum handling on streets for normal drivers.

stillen are good Hotchkis are good too. I prefer the stillen ones because they are red and you can see the rear one from behind =)

The stillens don't come with poly urethane bushings so you may want to buy some with some silicone lubricant. They are however the cheaper option even if you do buy the bushing separately.

The hotchkis are just black and come with the bushings but cost about 100 dollars more and the front is adjustable I believe.

Hotchkis are dark grey. The rear is adjustable, not the front. They're also larger/stiffer than the Stillen's if I'm not mistaken. There are even greasing plugs for easy lube distribution. Well worth the difference IMO.

I got my Hotchkis from Amplified Motorsports in Monterey Park. You can give them a call and stop by to have it installed.
