Damaged Rim Houston - Fixed!!!!

I tore up one of my rims real bad and found a post on another web site telling me how to fix it using Wurth paint. I spent all weekend and did what i thought was an amazing job until I removed all the masking tape. The paint is a zero match to Infinti wheels. Maybe great for german cars but not for ours. I spent Sunday night searching for a local guy to fix them. Found Robert at Alloy Wheel repair specialists (713) 705-0069 www.wheelrepairhouston.com. They came out today at my office and Luis did an awesome job, $145, I wish i hadn't wasted all weekend even though I kind of enjoyed the manual labor after sitting at a desk all week.

when you tore up your rim, do you mean you just curbed it really bad? that's what i'm guessing...

I wish I had taken pictures before and after. The rim was curbed about 1/3 of the whole wheel and two of the forks were damaged about 2 inches in.

It's amazing what these wheel fix it guys can do. I got mine done last year after a bad run-in with the curb. Guy welded some aluminum into the bad scrapes, sanded em all down, and powder coated em metallic gunmetal gray which looks very good on my OB G. $400 total.
