hahaha man, the whole point of spacers is to eliminate the whole tucked in look by making your wheels align with your fenders.. H&R makes the fender sit BELOW your wheels, if you're going to space out and then put negative camber on it to look like this

then spacing out is just going to be a waste of money IMO

you need to measure your gap with your camber settings to determine the max spacers you can use. dont forget to accommodate for tire movement.

yeah good luck with calculating rebound and spring travel.. you can start off by using Hooke's Law F=kx (F for force,k for spring rate and x for travel lol) but then you'll also need unsprung height, weight of the car, dynamic force etc..

Mechanical Engineering FTW

You don't need any mechanical engineer giving you $hit!! "If you ain't rubbin', you ain't racin'."

The only equation you need to know is: Metal hardness >>> Rubber hardness

Chemical & Materials Engineering FTMFW!!!

WHAT METAL!! the fendor is nowhere close to metal mr... Material Engineering FTL! lol

I'm not sure you'll abe to fit the wheels to start with with such a low drop & spacers on anyways

HAHAHA!! I just wanted to get a rise out of a fellow enginerd. At least neither of us is a spark chaser (electrical) or a cement mixer (civil).

And you'll probably be able to fit the wheels on, provided the car is jacked up high enough. But when you release the jack, the tire will probably start busting off the fender panel as the rubber pushes it out. By my calculations, there's no way 20mm spacers will fit with any drop where the fender sits lower than the top of the tire, unless your camber is >10%.

Spark chaser, eh. I see how this works now. Just wait till I get a hold of your lights, haha.

20mm is too much on stock wheels when slammed, I think.

I lived with 3 spark chasers and a cement mixer. They all called me a plumber. For a few minutes here I missed college...

And now, I'm done with my thread-jack!!
