Tire bulge to protect rim?

After months of careful attention, last night I managed to rub a curb and get a nice scuff on one of my rims. Now I'm realizing how much I have to go out of my way to make sure I don't rub any curbs everyday. Are there any tires that will fit the 19' S wheels that will bulge slightly outside of the rim? It would be great if I could gently rub a curb and have the tire hit the concrete before the rim does.

And preferably an all-season tire, because I hear the stock performance tires suck in the winter. I probably only have a few days of snow all year, but I'd prefer something that's better in the rain and slush as well. Thanks!!

Not being an ***, but I think the better option is to learn to not hit curbs.

I knew it was only time before someone said that...

This was one time when I stopped paying attention while pulling past the attendant at a parking garage, and wouldn't ya know! Anyway, I was looking into getting better all-weather tires anyway. I don't drive my car like I'm at a track, so the performance tires are probably unnecessary for me. I figured if I'm going to the trouble to get new tires, I might as well get ones that have more of a bulge than the stocks.

So does anyone know the widest tires that will fit on the OEM G37S 19' wheels, without having to do any other sort of alteration for clearance?

Widest tires that I know of that can fit our stockers are 245/40 in front, 275/35 in rear...
