Non-sport brakes recommendations

Looking to replace and upgrade my front and rear pads and rotors and keep my stock non- akebono calipers but there's a bunch of different options and I'm seeing a lot of mixed reviews. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction. For comparison all my friends have big brake kits on their cars which I don't necessarily need, just better brakes. I really need new rears anyways.

My friends both recommend the Stoptech, but I don't need or want drilled rotors.
Power stop has a bunch of different options but maybe someone can explain RockAuto's brake categories because I honestly can't differentiate track day from these coated ones. Brake dust and longevity I assume? I'll be looking for Sedan X non-sport if that helps.

I'll never be tracking my car but I do have days where we all go for long rides and drive hard, so it would be nice to have something that can keep me safe but also last long and keep up with others. I'm just looking for a strong upgrade that will last. Any personal insight would be super helpful, thanks!

Centric Posi-Quiet pads and premium rotors: https://www.buybrakes.com/2013-infiniti-g37

Stoptech and Power Stop are the performance brands within Centric.

I run this kit on my G37S, and its been flawless for a few years now: https://www.buybrakes.com/2013-infin...nd-305-pad-kit

Braking is slightly better than stock. Zero squeaks and minimal dust.

If you live in an area where you get alot of snow and the roads are salted, you may want to pay more for the painted hats as the Zinc coating is fine for SoCal and South Florida, but may rust over time in other parts of the country.,

Can't find what you mean about painted hats and coating, but I would definitely get those as mine are very rusty, living here in New England we get tons of salt each winter. I assume look around that website and figure out which might be best for my budget/driving habits

I have been on these PQ pro Centric pads and the GCX rotors and I love this as a OEM plus kit. 2009 G37x sedan here. My Rockauto order.

Forgot to mention I went with slotted EBC front and rear rotors, and red stuff pads. They feel like my worn out brakes when they're cold but bite very good when warmed up.

"It is also built to last longer than standard rotors as it comes finished with durable black e-coating for excellent corrosion resistance."

I find NAPA Adaptive One rotors the best because they don't rust. The coating they use is superb. And I've tried all the major pads over the years and I find Powerstop Z26, then Z23, pads to be the best. Grippy cold and even more so when pushed to the limit. Their rotors are garbage though.
