Calculating How much my wheel will suck in when lowering

I am trying to calculate how much my wheels will suck in when I install Swift springs 1.2”,.08” drop). I’m currently running 19x9 et45 squares off of a Coupe. They sit perfectly flush now at stick ride height. Would like to know how much they will suck in so that I can see what spacers or wheel size with off set that I need to change to so that I can maintain the flush to finder orientation.
