Was curious to see if it's necessary for a Front upper camber arms for a 2" drop or could I just use my stock front upper control arm.

If you want OE camber (IE not ruining your tires in 10000 miles), you'll need adjustable front control arms, rear camber and I think rear toe arms. And probably adjustable sway bar links. The cost of a coilover system is not just the coils. Factor in an extra $400-700 depending on whom you buy with.

I lowered my car on Tein Basis coilovers a few years ago. I got Voodoo 13 rear camber arms to get that in spec since it had a lot more negative camber than the front. I ended up with about -1.5 degrees in the back and up front with the stock control arms. It was fine in the rear as I probably get rid of any interior cupping by spinning the tires a bit here and there. The last two Octobers I noticed my front end getting noisy and cupping of the front tires. So I finally broke down and got adjustable front control arms. You will know for sure what you need when you do an alignment and see the specs.
