Hey guys. I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before me but I'm having a squeaking issue with my Akebonos. I've been to two different dealerships and a few different break specialist and no one can tell me what the issue is. I mean if the dealership doesn't even know am I lost in hope? Has anyone had this issue or heard of it? Please help.

 

 

I have the non-sport brakes in my Coupe. Installed Akebono on both front and rear. My brakes squeak as well, especially when I pull the car out of the garage in reverse. Once warmed up, they are fine. But its always the initial braking in reverse.

I read somewhere that when they switched from Akebono to Centric pads/rotors, the noise went away. I've got my brakes (Centric) ready to install so I'll try to update this thread once I do the install.
