Thats odd, just installed mine yesterday and used a GIANT 27mm spanner and a strong friend to tighten it down like crazy and hasn't given me any issues thus far. Are you sure it isn't cross threaded, rounded off or anything? Not sure if adding Loctite would be good or not.

Well I took it out for a test last night and again today and it has held. I wasn't able to get my torque bar in there so just used a giant wrench and tightened until It squeaked.
I can only assume Nissan did not even try to tighten it.

Download the factory service manual for the front suspension (FSU). The torque rating is 41 ft. lbs. You've now probably screwed up the SPC spindle that slides in there.

I don't mean to be harsh, but if you're working on your car, you need to look this sh*t up. If you screw something up on your suspension, you could have a catastrophic failure at speed and kill yourself or someone driving around you. I prefer you alive to being dead. Just saying

Here's a direct link to all the FSM's: Infiniti G35 / G37 Factory Service Manuals - NICOclub

Not sure what year you have but once in there, you'll want the one labeled FSU (front suspension unit).

Ape Factory I totally hear you, trust me.

I let Nissan do most of my work as I'm no mechanic. That was the problem I got it back and it came loose. so I had to tighten it up in the meantime so I wasn't stranded.

SPC spec say the following:

to adjust camber, loosen the adjusting nut and move the adjustable ball joint in or out in the control arm slot to obtain the desired
camber reading then torque the adjusting nut to 120 lb-ft. (162nm)

I dropped off the SPC instructions with them so I'm only assuming they tightened it to the FSM specs ?! Hoping to get it back today. I just wondered if anyone else had issues with the control arm coming loose.

thanks
