More than likely you need to reset the preload on the shock. IIRC the Stance is a true rear coilover setup so you'd need to have approximately 1/4" of load on the spring when there is no load on the suspension.

I don't have the true rear coilover set on mine, but you should be able to get it set without having to completely remove them, just remove the lower mounting nut while your G is lifted on stands, with the coilover unloaded you'd adjust it so the spring is compressed aprox 1/4" (the Stance website should have the exact preload in mm) while keeping your coilover height unchanged.

I juss check how to do a preload so I don't have to touch the lowering ring. I juss had to loosen the two top rings and adjust the 1 ring?

Correct. Have the upper ring just touch the spring (which is up against the upper seat) then tighten to compress the spring a quarter-inch. The second ring is a lock ring. Run it up against the top ring and tighten it. This prevents the spring from forcing the top ring down over time. The bottom ring adjusts your ride height.

When adjusting spring preload and ride height, be sure to have the vehicle in the air. You can wreck the threads if you try to turn the rings with car weight on them.

Ok thanks I'll try that out when I finish work today... Soo I have to loosen the second ring first to tighten the first right or I can tighten both of them at the same time? To tighten the 1st ring is left n the second right

If you're raising the top ring, I suspect you won't have to loosen the lock ring first, but I'm not positive. It would be prudent to loosen all four and get them all set the same. But, you can do just the one making noise.

That would be lack of preload, as in the spring is loose between the the upper and middle rings.
