Good point. I was going to take a look at those when I swap out the sways and bushings in the spring.

Well, I ordered the Tein basis coilovers yesterday with a bunch of other parts so I will add some pics to my build thread when I get them installed- next week maybe? I am assuming this will be a pretty straight forward install. Any tips or things I should be aware of? Thanks!

Might shoot a PM to xpcgamer , Slade, or HoldMyMouse for any specifics, also Rochester for the rears.

PB Blaster and an impact wrench always help.

And the tein basis are made in Japan, correct? If so they're a great value.

It says that on the website, but I was looking for confirmation based on the packaging. It wouldn't be the first time a website had inaccurate information.

The price is ridiculously cheap for Japanese made springs and shocks.

Good catch. Fixed it. I knew I was tired today, but not that tired.

Ridiculously cheap for Teins for sure. Even more surprising is a set Japanese coilovers that don't shake the fillings out of your head every time you even think about going over a bump.

Although I'd certainly be looking at the Basis option for the prices people have been able to get these at (probably even less on black friday/cyber monday).. I thought I'd snap a few examples of how Koni w Swifts setup sits. I've been using this suspension setup for over a year now, daily driven and sees the winter.. Happy as can be with it. I have no need to go lower.

Hahaha, thanks.Tis life in the parking lot of Sam's Club (best price on a few disposables so I relent to going there every few months and betray my Costco addiction).
