help! 2007 g35 sedan same as 2008 g37 coupe?

Whats up guys so today I just invested on some used 2007 g35 sedan Ksport coilovers thinking it would fit my 08 g37 coupe. Do you think it will fit correctly? and the coilovers didn't come with that huge spring that sat in the rear cup. Am I missing something? I did all my research before pulling the trigger on this set. And if this doesn't go well ill probably resell them on the forums. thanks in advance fam!

They'll fit fine, the rear spring that's missing should now be all in one rear spring/shock setup like your front springs. Your rear lower control arm (that now holds the big rear spring) will only be used for toe adjustment and won't have a spring in there. This is the "true" coilover configuration. Now if you're missing springs altogether in back then that's going to be a problem.

Thanks for the reply! So am I supposed to leave it empty? Or do I leave my oems or my tanabe drop springs in the rear? I do realize I have springs on the shocks (all in one) lol.

Remove the springs from the control arm, all they're used for once you get your coilovers installed is for aligning the toe spec. If you ever want to eventually remove the whole control arm I believe it's SPL that makes toe arms that go in their place. But you'll be fine running them empty
