I made up my mind getting the stance coilovers. I just can't come to a decision between the oem style and true type. I know the true type would be easier to adjust because its all one piece but I read somewhere it can be too much stress and not built like the oem style with the spring and strut separate. I heard the true type can later cause some noises and creaks.

You can only get the "true" coilover setup w/ the Stance SS coils, there's some guys on the Z boards that have added some extra support to the upper shock mount so that might be something to consider, you'll probably be fine as a daily driver but if you plan on really pushing your car hard and tracking often then it would be a good thing to consider.

Hi I buying Stance coilovers next week, this is my first set of coilovers and I'm wondering if they come with springs for the rear control arm or I have to use stock springs.
Can someone help?

What you should be asking is the rear spring in the OEM location or is it a true-type coil-over setup in the rear where the spring is mounted to the shock?
There are benefits to both depending on what your intended use is.
