G37 under the knife for some mods

So I've been dealing with some noise coming from my rear suspension, after having it looked at, it turns out the subframe bushings as well as the diff bushings are bad. Big thanks to CZP for doing some research and getting me the parts I need. As some of you may know there's no listed subframe bushings for the g37 however it turns out that the G35/350Z are the same diameter, just an unnoticeable amount shorter than the stock 37 bushings. So I ordered whiteline diff and subframe bushings. On top of those going in tomorrow I'm also having ark gt-f springs and spc camber arms installed. Looking forward to the results as well as no more pop crunch noise from my subframe. I'll post pics once I pick up the car on Thursday.

Got the car back a day early and man does it drive so much better. The rear end feels much more solid and the feeling of it floting around is gone as well as the pop crunch noise from the subframe. The springs gave it a nice clean drop and reduced body roll. The ride quality wasn't effected much if at all by the springs. As for NVH from the bushing change I can't notice any differance while I drive. All in all very happy with the parts. I have pictures but when I try to upload them they are sideways. Any way I can get them uploaded?

Glad to hear of the improvement and not having to sacrifice much NVH is awesome, look forward to pics.

Ok I got the pictures uploaded to photo bucket, but when I try to use the upload feature it says invalid file? So I pasted the link to the pictures below. I hope it works, if not, let me know what the hell I'm doing wrong. Detailed review on everything to come by Friday evening. I need a little more seat time to give a solid review. Sorry for the crappy pic of the car, sun was going down and it was the best I could get at the time. Better daylight pics to come.

What?! No front camber-adjustable arms? G37s need those bad.

I ate up the outside half of my first set of tires. I bought camber arms to fix that. Between the -2º camber and reduced toe-in, the car feels better turning. I'll eat my hat if the new tires wear into cones like the first set.

The ark springs really didn't put the front out of spec to bad came in at -1.2 on both fronts. I'll get front arms when I do coils and slam it. The springs put the front at 1.3 to 1.5 and the rear at about 1in

Alright guys, here's my offical review of all parts installed. As I mentioned above the rear of the car is 100% solid now, where as before the bushing change it felt really loose and sloppy. Also can tell there is a improvement in acceleration along with reduced wheel hop and better traction. On to NVH it seem a lot of people care a lot about this catorgory so I'll do my best to outline my observations. I drive 95% highway for work at about 60 miles a day. As I cruise on the highway I can't hear or feel any noticeable amount of NVH from the bushing swap however with that said where I do notice some more noise is when I shift gears (I have a 6mt) the noise from the gear changes are a little more pronounced but at the same time more solid feeling so in my book it's a good trade off. Also since the switch my dash rattle that seems to be common on these cars is a little more frequent. Only noticed this when I turned down/off my music. With the radio or iPod on you don't really notice this at all.
On to the springs. I can say I really like the springs. The drop in the front is perfect however the drop in the rear leaves a little gap that I wish was less and I'm hoping it improves with settling. Ride quality was minimally effected by the springs still feels the same going over bumps in the road. The biggest improvement from these springs is the body roll. All I can say is wow! Before the springs body roll was substantial and on certain corners or exits of the freeway was a little scary/unnerving. Now before I go any further I want to be clear that there is still body roll and the springs are not an end all be all. With that said the improvement in body roll is impressive and inspires more confidence in turns and exits. All in all I am very pleased with the parts and their performance. Now it's time for feedback and suggestions from you guys. Also if you have any questions let me know I'll do my best to answer.

-Kris

Had toe bolts for the rear so those came in a 0, if I recall correctly the front was very close 0 as well.
