Are these smaller than Akebono calipers or beefier?
Im thinking of getting the fronts too, I think it will give me more clearance compare to Akebonos so I dont have to run big a$$ spacers.

The calipers are black anodized coating that I applied several coats of high temp clear, it looks like a powdercoat now though 
The physical size of the calipers are about as long as the Akebonos but are narrower over the piston area allowing better clearance. The pads are about the same length but narrower. The pads are very thick, .80" from the backing plate to the front pad face.
The caliper bracket has to be fabricated as they're not available from Wilwood.
Revolution brakes sells their setup here, I think they sell brackets for current Gs but not certain
