So to improve handling, you added more weight?

Not exactly.

To improve handling, he relocated the battery.
He added another battery to start the car.
Ipso facto, he improved handling by starting the car.

Is that clear enough?

?

What size wire did you use after moving the battery? If car X starts on battery Y when its under the hood, why wouldnt it start on battery Y when its in the trunk?

Only things I can think of that would cause it is if the battery isnt charging (i.e. wasnt relocated correctly) or the wire between battery and starter cant carry the amperage (i.e. incorrectly sized cables)

There are plenty of battery relocation kits out there, none of them require a second battery.

Cool! Im going outside right now to start and stop my car about 20 times. Should be an F1 racer by then, right?

As an aside, didnt Infiniti mount the battery close to the windshield area for better weight distribution? (i.e. better handling)
