Time for New Pads! Any recommendations?

So I just had my brakes checked out recently, and my rears are down to their final 2mm or so. I have no idea what brake pads to get or the differences between compounds, but I'd like a pad that offers low dust and low noise if possible. I know brake pads that feature less fade tendency are going to be noisier, but if there's a decent compromise I'd rather go with that. Are the OEM pads even considered "good" around these parts?

Thanks!

I use stoptechs, OEM pads are okay, posiquiet ceramics are low dust.

I have StopTechs, they are good, however they leave a lot of dust.
