I am currently talking to a guy who has H&R springs for sale who claims they are for a G37x Sedan. But I am not quite sure if they will fit or not. The springs, as he said to me are H&R # 53034 but the number on the spring says otherwise.
Camber arms included in the deal for a total of $175.

Trust the part number on the spring. Using this awesome tool called google, that part number is not the part number for a 2010 G37x coupe application. It shows 53034 as the correct part number.
Applications - Mobile - H&R Special Springs, LP.

There's only a couple springs that are specific for the X sedans & H&R isn't one of them.
Swift (scroll down for applications & part #s)
Swift Springs USA
Eibach & Tanabe have been used on X sedans too but I don't think they have specific part #s for the X sedans so can't confirm.
