You're worrying me for my install. But then again, you also seem pretty excitable.
You have .8 more on me concerning tire height so you should be fine, and you seem pretty bullish.

+1 on 245/40/19 upfront, and I'm also running 275/35/19 rears

Your front tire is too short, thus giving you the visual effect of more gap, your rear may seem to sit lower but your rear tire is taller than your front. The proper front tire size would have been 245/40/19 and that would cause you to have an even gap between front and rear.

Sometimes, yeah.

Seems like the consensus here is that your front tires should be 40's. You going to do that? Kind of a pricey prospect, but I suspect this situation is gnawing at you.

This is what I'm gathering at. I knew this before but i really didn't think it would have this much affect on the gap in relation to tire from fender. Now I'm having thoughts about either staying with this setup until it wears out or going back to discount and ordering new tires. Hope they have a good prorate program.....

It looks like you are running Michelin PS2's. Unfortunately that wouldn't be a very cheap purchase. If you have had the tires on for a very minimal time frame, you might be able to exchange them for a fee, however I don't know the policy on that. You could either live with it, even though 99% of people would never even be able to tell you did anything different. It's just us car guys who know too much about this **** who would look at your car and then whisper to each other "did you see that guys front tire size? What was he thinking"

It bugs the hell out of me so I may have to change it. I'm thinking if I can get it done for under $150 then I would do it no problem. Problem is, I'm thinking $300 sounds more likely.

My PSS on the front were $279 (each one). Rears were $320 (each).

So yeah... good tires are expensive.

Right, but discount has a prorate option and since these are brand spanking new (minus mounting and 200 miles) I figure to get something back. It just depends on how much.

I didn't know Michelin still made the PS2.

You'll be fine, man. Just go back, take your lumps, accept their pro-rated offer, and get the tires that make you happy.

Well, we are going to find out as I have 245/40 tires going on tomorrow. Wish me luck.

I never did respond after I got my swifts installed. Car handles better than stock, ride is stiffer but reminds me of an e46 m3. No noises of any kind that I dc can hear and also my +30 front now seem slightly tucked but not enough to need a spacer, the rears are flush and gives the appearance of being staggered. It sits perfectly low and I don't understand why anyone would need to be lower. Can't wait to get back home this weekend to get it cleaned up and take it to cars and coffee!
