That's not typically work done by a body shop. Nobody in the world can tell you how much it'll cost but that body shop. There's no standad rate, it may vary quite a bit from one shop to the next.
I normally buy my pads and rotors online, then take them to a local brake shop to have them installed. This **** and moan and say they cannot warranty the job because they did not supply the parts, but this is an understandable risk I am willing to take in order to save to save hundreds over the dealer costs. I'd have to look at my old paperwork, but I believe they charge about $50 a wheel to install the brakes/rotors you provide.
Assuming you have the akenbono sport brakes? Figure 1hr labor for the pads. You could save 80$-120$ by following the DYI thread. Shouldn't take more than an hour and two beers. GL
