Any experience replacing front lower ball joints?
I installed PowerTrix Ultra Lite coilovers (upgraded from the Sport Streets) recently and I took the car to get aligned today.
The shop noted that my front left lower ball joint is squealing and the front right has some play. My car has about 73,000 miles but has been lowered for 15k miles.
In any case, I'm reading that you can't replace just the lower ball joints, but you need to replace the control arms for about $300 per side? Has anyone had luck replacing just the ball joints?
