It seems as if my brakes are warped and have been for some time, I get a fairly noticeable and annoying vibration when braking at higher speeds. History of the brakes is as follows:

65,000km: Front pads replaced, front rotors likely machined
80,000km: Front rotors machined (TSB)
90,000km: Rear pads replaced, rear rotors "resurfaced"
118,000km: Today

When I swapped on my summers a month ago I had lots of pad life left (>9mm) all around. Tires were new last season and balanced then

I am leaning towards replacing the front with something newer cause I do want to visit the track a couple times this summer. However, this isn't certain and its definitely going to be a busy summer, so I might not make it out.

What are the long term consequences of keeping the warped rotors until pads are closer to their end?

 

It's best to replace pads & rotors at the same time - but not required.
If you wait the vibrations will get worse, probably increase your stopping distance a little but I've never heard of warped rotors causing damage to a vehicle.

That said, pads are pretty cheap, and you have to remove the caliper to change the rotor so why not get it all at once.
Check out the Cryo treated slotted rotors on tire rack. A little more expensive but I have used them, for years on various vehicle and never had one warp or wear out. This includes 2 cars that would warp a stock rotor every 12 months or so - cryo ones lasted 4 plus years.

 

I'm wondering what makes you think you have warped rotors? Have you bedded in your pads to the rotors correctly? Uneven pad deposition will make you think the rotors are warped but it's really an incorrect bedding process. Since you track the car, that's the first thing I would do before you get the car on the track. Most high end pads have instructions about how to do this on any rotor. I tried ignoring the bedding process with new pads only to eventually find I had severe vibrations under heavy braking with new pads and rotors. Cleaned up the rotors to get off the old uneven pad deposits and then bedded in the pads correctly. It's amazing at how smooth the whole thing became even under the heaviest of track uses from the get-go. I would suspect with the Infinities thick heavy rotors, warping them would be a major task which would point to other problems contributing to it. Good luck.

How'd you do that?

I have noticeable vibration when braking above 80km/h (50mph).

I assumed the dealer (who has done all brake work) bedded the pads. I have not bedded them myself, it is possible the dealer has.
