I too had noise issues which BC was unable to solve. Glad they are working well for you though Mike
I guess it's hit or miss with the BCs.

An update, looks like i spoke to soon on the review. Just 3k miles after putting the Swift upgrade springs on (lower rates) my front and rear passenger side dampers are goners --- both are squeaking and the rears take forever to rebound (compare to the driver side anyway.)

The squeak started right after the upgrade, and i though i fixed it after greasing certain points. It came back after a few rainy days. My initial thought was the grease wore off, but the squeak got progressively worse on the passenger side.

Took everything off this past weekend to diagnose and that's what i found. :\

I'm sorry to hear that Mike but thanks for keeping us in the loop on your situation, it gives us a better gauge of what to expect from BC coils. I in intend on going in another direction with my coilover setup

I wonder if the softer springs put too much pressure on the dampers, since it happened shortly after your spring change. Your dampers were probably pretty "tired" after 40k and maybe the softer springs put them into the grave prematurely? Just a thought. Sorry to hear of their demise but at least you have a plan B ready to go.

^ That's what i thought, too. Although, accelerated wear could go both ways, just depends on how the dampers are set, i guess.

Still, for 40k, i'm quite happy that it got that far even considering all i put the set through. On hindsight, i probably should've had the dampers tested before shelling out for the Swift replacements, which are rather pricey. If things don't work out i'll just sell those and the original BC springs and throw in the dampers to make up for the cost. Whoever will get them next will need new dampers for sure, but at least they would already have the rest of the hardware.

p.s. Plan B is already installed. It's a little on the firm side, it's like being on the coils and dampers set to 15-18 to stiff, but with a bit more finesse handling harsher bumps. The Swift Mach's are very compliant, and the GR2's are actually pairing up well with the Swifts. Time will tell how well they work together.

Glad to hear you're liking the new setup, the drop is probably pretty easy to live with too. Is it about 1.25"-1.5" lower than OEM?

Please let me know your initial thoughts on the new set up! Was going to purchase BC coilovers for my awd coupe as well, but am now contemplating on going on another route.

Swifts with BCs?

Spoiler

So I know BC has a swift upgrade, Since I already have swifts on my 37x 12 coupe can they just be swapped during install of the BCs BR series? I know it's a dumb question but I'd hate to waste money, time or my ride as I've done all of these before. ) open to suggestions just wanna go a little lower with some adjusted dampening.
