Need new rotors / pads

Hi everybody. My 09 g37 journey sedan is hitting 40K and I have had brake issues since it was new. I've been back to the dealer at least 4 or 5 times with brake shudder and they say warped rotors (which we know is really uneven pad deposits on the rotors). They've machined both front and back and also replaced the fronts entirely. Unfortunately they're vibrating again.

I really think the OEM pads are prone to depositing on the rotors leading to the brake shudder at high speeds. I think its time to go aftermarket. I was hoping you could give me suggestions as to which aftermarket rotors & pads I could use for street use. I don't race on the track but sometimes drive spirited on the streets.

My order of priority with the brake setup:
1) Resistance to warping/depositing unevenly
2) Quiet
3) stopping power

I also don't care about dust on the wheels.

Thanks.

Did you bed the pads/rotors properly or just start driving on them?

Kinda has a lot to do with brake jitter

Good question. I bought the car with 2000 miles on it & not sure if it was bedded properly or not.
I did bed the new fronts BTW.

I would suggest Hawk HPS and Centric Premium rotors.

-The Stoptech and Porterfield R4-S are also good pads.

Do you think it would help to get slotted or slotted+drilled rotors to keep temperatures down and reduce risk of uneven pad deposits ? I don't mind spending a little extra for better performance, although I see the debate on the merits of slotted vs normal rotors.
Also, I read that sintered pads are really good at not causing warping/uneven deposits.

Thanks.

Slotted rotors will help reduce the risk of uneven pad deposits, since the slots will deglaze the pad and allow a fresh surface of pad to contact the rotor at each rotation.

Downside, accelerated pad wear.

Thats a good street combo.

No one realizes that Centric is a Stoptech product!

From my experience , I don't recommend Centric rotors , I have the same vibrating issue since they were new. First I use Posi Quiet Ceramic , then I used OEM Akebono pads and now I'm using Stoptech Street performance , still have the same issue. I warped the rotors each time I replace the pads .And the issue not solved yet.

Why do you think the rotor causes the problem? Did you measure the runout?

It is more likely the ceramic pads that cause the issue.

I think i will go with the powerslot cryo treated rotors they should last a while and resist warping and glazing.

Pads, i am leaning towards the stoptech street performance pads.

Do you guys think this should work well for aggressive street driving?

Thanks
