G37X Brake Issue

Hello Everyone:

I just picked up a used 2009 G37X from a hyundai dealer in NJ.

When I brake for a red light, it would kick backward for like a second even though I did not hit the brake hard.

I am not too sure if its a brake issue or transmission issue.

Please give me any suggestion or advice. Thank you.

Sounds like the transmission downshifting as the car slows. If you find the downshift too harsh, there is a reprogramming procedure available at the dealer to address that issue.
