Base or Sport calipers, rotors and pads are interchangeable between the two vehicles.
p.s. To clarify, you can use either kit on either vehicles, but you can't mix-up a Base caliper with Sport rotors. Which means you have to get all of the entire Base kit, or Sport kit to work. You can also get the "Sport" kit from early 2nd gen sedan's which are midway the size between the base and the 370z/G37 Sport brakes.

But heck.. I ordered it allready... If it dont fit
... Then i will have to wait... Monday is due date...
Speaking strictly of the G37 and 370z, the "base" has 13" rotors and sliding calipers. The Sport versions of these cars have 14" rotors and 4/2 piston calipers.
If you have a G37s, assuming it's the same here state-side, you already have the larger brakes from the 370z Sport.
