Not everyone needs or wants adjustable damping. I've read numerous postive reviews on tanabe coilovers. OP you should search. This topic has been covered exactly a bazillion times.

I have had my tanabe's on for a few months now. They are stiffer than stock, but it is not uncomfortable. They are only height adjustable. I have mine around 25.75" all around which is pretty low, but not slammed. I drive my car everyday. I have driven through Baltimore and DC now and have been able to do so without problems. I would recommend them to anybody who wants affordable coilsovers.
I use the GF measurement device. If she doesn't complain about it being stiff and uncomfortable and can still do her make-up in the car then they can't be that stiff.
