Installing springs vs installing coilovers

Hi everyone. I just wanted to raise a question in regards to installation and that is the question of which is harder to install? Coilovers or lowering springs? I am not experienced at this and I'm trying to learn (obviously). Input would be appreciated.

Cheers.

Coilovers are a little easier than springs. If the coilovers have the upper spring seat attached instead of reusing the OEM one (most do), you don't have to disassemble or reassemble the front units or compress the springs. You just remove the fronts as a complete unit and install the new coilovers as a complete unit. It's a bit easier that way as one of the most tedious (and dangerous) parts of the job is spring compression.
