I personally believe the H&R springs to be more aggressive than the Eibachs. I'm on H&R with 25f/20r Ichiba spacers and feel it's a perfect fit with my stock 19" rims.
The drop is 'almost' too aggressive as I have concerns that 20" may introduce some rubbing which I currently haven't experienced thus far with my 19".
Glad you had it fixed. I believe Eibach's offer the best stance before going with coilovers. The rear's on Eibach's could use a few more mm's drop but that would hurt us guys with the older FI Catbacks. I believe Tanabe springs in the rear would be even better!
