Brakes Pads and Rotors for an 08 S sedan

Alright, I am sick of pulsating brakes that come and go and warped rotors when I drive aggressively.

What kind of rotors and pads can I get that will be smooth and quiet?? I never shopped brakes for my 05 sedan because the OEMs were so good. My 08? No.

Apparently the pads on my car have plenty of life left. Would it be more beneficial to just do the rotors then and leave the pads?

I've never ridden a car with brakes as terrible as the ones on my G37, performed TSB at dealership, replaced pads and rotors OEM once, and Stoptech another and still, judders like a belly dancer!!

Yeah I did them all the way around. I used the ones the recomended and if you want I can talk to the owner for you. I got all 4 sets for front and rear for about $370 shipped to my door. they make zero nosie and the look is awesome. I havent even had a problem with rust or anything. Stopping power is a great plus over stock. When I first put them one for like the first 2 days I braked hard just to brake them in.

...for pads i'm assuming right? someone mentioned rotors, and then i saw $370. lol -- that'd be awesome!

should be careful with drilled rotors -- if they're not drilled COMPLETELY through (which in of itself raises structural concerns) the actual rotors, then they're useful and only for show.

Pads and rotors for $370 is correct. The drilled are fine unless you track your car all the time. Otherwise for daily drivining they are not heating up enough to crack. even in Texas when its 110 out mine are still fine with heavy braking and no cracks yet.

If you haven't made a move yet talk to your infiniti dealer about a TSB. I just brought my car in for shaking steering wheel at highway speeds when I brake and he said there's a TSB for brakes. New pads and hardware that is supposed to keep the discs cooler and help avoid warping, also free rotor machining.

50,000+ miles and track time and I just had the rotors machined for the first time.

I've never had any luck with noise on cross drilled or slotted rotors..tried it on my last car and it created way more noise than the stock rotors. Slotted was way worse than cross drilled. Maybe it was just the particular car. You may want to get a test ride with someone who has them first before you buy.
