08 S coupe has issues with squeeling in reverse. I changed the pads to project MU. Awesome stopping power but still makes noise in reverse.

 

11 Sedan with Sport Brake does it in reverse when cold only. Once heated up tends to reduce.

 

I wondered why only my car does that but seems like lots of g37 does. Mine is only 4 year old g37s coupe 6mt. It's embrassing me when ever in reverse. Sound mostly comes from the rear and some front. Dealers says it's all good yo!

 

any solution yet? my car is only 28000 miles. driving luxury car picking kid up from school and car squeal at very low speed as hell embarrassed in front of teachers

 

Like others noted, mine only squeal when cold. One stop and they quit.

You might add more anti-squeal lube on the pad backplate.

 

2011 xS 7AT Akebonos.84,000 Kms Squeaks loud in reverse usually when cold or moist. Just got the car and I know that due to an inter-provincial inspection the rear calipers and pads were replaced at 44,000 Kms so must be a persistent problem. I normally back into a parking space in a parkade so this is very annoying. Was hoping for some insight on the type of pads to use but I guess I'll try some anti-squeal on the back of the pads and see if that works.
