hey guys...

well summmer is almost here and i been working on my car pretty hard. i really wanna do something with my rotors since they starting to look rusty. anyways am planing to take them off over the weekend and paint the middle/slots/holes of them black.. can anyone give me some advice on this? wat type of paint? wat type of sanding paper? do i need to tape it? lolz anything that would help me on this... thx guyz.
