Exclamation g37xs vdc and e brake light on when give gas hard...help please

Hey guys, i have a 2010 g37xs, i have 6500 miles on it, and i drive it pretty hard. i love the car, but like 300 miles ago, when i gave gas hard the ebrake light would go on for a couple of seconds, then come off, now when you give gas hard, the ebrake light comes on, and the vdc off light comes on and slip light, and they stay on...now i called service and explained the situation to them, and they brushed me off saying i need to change my brakes. i do drive hard but at 6500 miles thats weird. i dont want to bring the car in to service and have them rape me to do the brakes as i can do them my self, did anybody have this sort of problem? also is there a sensor to tell you the brakes are shot or is that it? thank you guys, apreciate the help.

add just a little brake fluid i had the same problem theyre full of ****.. just a few ounces and the lights never come on again. i think it has to do with it being cold out though the fluid contracts more when its cold and it gives a low reading

fastlane is right.
btw you should find another dealer,if they told you need brakes either they are idiots or crooks.
your brakes have a warranty for the 1st year/18k.
top off the brake fluid, then when your problem goes away.
I would call the service manager & go off.

I've got a 2009 G37X with 22K miles. The same thing has been happening to me ever since it got cold. The VDC and Slip lights come on and stay on and the brake light comes and goes mostly under acceleration or cornering. I called the dealer today to make an oil change appointment and I asked them about the lights. The first words out of his mouth were that I probably needed to change the brakes. I'll have them top off the fluids and see how that goes.

How would the car you need new brakes when you are accelerating?

I'll be sure to ask them that. I am going to see if I can get them to change the front rotors (which are warped) under the TSB. My car is out of the VIN range, but we'll see what happens.
