TSB08046--Steeing Alingment on 08's covered under warranty?

So I was reading this TSB ITB08046:

SERVICE INFORMATION Customers may report that their vehicle "pulls" or the steering wheel is "off-center". This bulletin discusses these subjects and provides diagnostic and repair information. See this bulletin for further detail.
I was supposed to take my car in for oil change and to get the brake judder taken care of....but also I was going to get my steering wheel aligned. I then noticed this TSB. Have people been able to get alignments on their 08's covered under warranty???? My car has exactly 20200 miles on it and shouldnt need an alignment already I wouldnt think.....

Do you mean your sterling wheel isn't straight when the car is? Or do you mean a real wheel alignment (let go of the wheel and see if it drifts)? A wheel alignment can get knocked out the instant you drive off the parking lot, pot holes, etc .... if your sterling wheel isn't aligned properly (aka straight) I doubt it's covered under warranty, neither would a normal wheel alignment,

well I've got an appointment Saturday to get my oil changed...but I'm going in with a laundry list of items which pertain to the various TSA's released for my car. I'm going to try and get everything covered under warranty...even the oil change under the ITB08028 TSA about knocking or clicking coming from the Bank 2 WEL. I have a feeling that I will be met with much resistance since I'm also having them check the brake judder as well as the breaks squeeling in reverse...

Man my service rep is going to poop himself when I start going over my list....hope he doesnt get too upset

I have an 08, when bought it used last year. At that time I felt a slight brake judder. Over the past year it got worse and I knew I had to take it in. Getting the car from my wife proved difficult ....long story short I took it in and they wanted to charge me. I raised a slight stink and pointed out the TSB. I was quickly met with "TSB doesn't mean warranty". I followed that up with if it was something large enough to issues a TSB then it's a defect and not rare occurance. He said let me make some calls and call you back. When he called back his story was he called Infiniti corp and they agreed to fix it under warranty. New rotors and brakes at 32k miles. I would have been willing to pay for brake pads but got the whole deal.

We bought the car at a Nissan dealer but used JBA Infiniti in Ellicott City for the warranty work.
