Your tranny might detect it's different weight and can potentially damage your tranny. I know it's been done before but I should still let you know what risk you're taking

 

What offsets are you running in the rear?

I'd probably adjust the suspension to the height you want it, then ride on it a little while before getting the camber kit/alignment done. I've noticed my car settle a bit within a week.
