Will do later on today, I think its rubbing on the bumper bracket. Im gonna do some grinding today

Yep bumper bracket and the tab that connects the rear bumper to the rear fender, try bending that back or grinding it too.

BTW the bumper bracket is up and to the right of the wheel well if Im facing the driver rear correct?

you definitely need to run some more negative camber to go VIP style. you need to slam it more after camber adjustment too.
then get some curtains!

haha no curtains for me. Limo tint and front windshield is enough for me
