x2. I'm in debate b/t medium and stiffest. They're sitting in my living room, waiting for the Eibachs to do all at once.

Well I decided to order these over the stillens. They should be getting here some time next week and i will be installing them over the weekend. Then next sunday I am doing a track event and will test them out. I'm thinking I will set hem on the middle setting first and see how they feel on the first run. Then for the second run i will move them to the stiffest one and try it again. I'll be sure to let you guys know how it goes.

Yep, straight forward and relatively simple swap out with stock parts. See Hotchkis F&R Sway bar install in the DIY section of the Forum.

I have stock 2008 non S Journey and have them set to medium (middle hole in rear sway bar) I find the car handles very well.I do hear some noise when on really bumpy roads and going over speed bumps at low speeds. The balance of the car seems very good at high speeds and agressive driving on the interstates. For street use I will keep the current set up, especially since the roads in Louisiana are generally in poor condition.

slight flexing noise ,low pitch on speed bumps , washboard on worn intersections usually with a turn you feel a real harsh ride and some rattling. I beleve the sway bars stiffen up the car so much that this is the trade off for great handling.I have had several 60s muscle cars that I added sway bars to and experienced the same types of noises, they had the early versions of polyurathene bushings that where not lubricated with special greases. My experience is as they wear in over time they get a bit quieter.

Not enough silicone grease is probably your issue. Grease them until it starts squeezing out of the bushing and I bet your noises will stop.
