I'm still waiting for the Stoptech rears and haven't run my car very hard yet with the new Project pads...

There are some good prices on their web-site for some things. Just looking at the other brake prices, I would guess $1,000 to $1,500 for a set of 4 for the G37S?

I did see that they zinc coat all their rotors which would be a plus.

Yep that combined with the lighter weight would make it worth the few extra hundred dollars.
From what I've read, according to my memory (someone correct me if I'm wrong), for every pound that you save on un-sprung rotational weight such as wheels, brakes etc its the equivalent of saving 2.5 to 4 lbs (depending on the part) of sprung weight on the chassis.
